Bill Glasgow from William Glasgow Design is the recipient of the 2019 Award of Appreciation.
Bill Glasgow is recognized for designing British Columbia History magazine, the BCHF’s flagship publication, a quarterly magazine chronicling British Columbia’s unique story through the words and images of community writers, archivists, museum professionals and academic historians. Bill is an incredibly dedicated member of the team who provides professional services at a non-profit rate.
His real service to history has been his designing of over 100 local history books and memoirs about BC’s history, often on a volunteer basis. Glasgow’s imprint on BC history, from a quiet place behind the scenes, has been impressive and will be long lasting.
The BCHF’s Award of Appreciation is awarded to individuals who have given exceptional service to the BCHF either for a specific project or for long service.
