Join or Renew Online

To join or renew online using our secure Member Portal, please follow the steps below:


To join the BCHF, visit our Member Portal and select your desired membership level from the “Join Now” box. The system will guide you through the Portal registration and membership application process, including payment via credit card using our secure online payment system.

To renew:

1.  Visit our Member Portal and click the icon in the blue Log In box to log in using your contact email and password. If you have forgotten your password, you may set a new one using our password reset feature.

2.  Your membership profile page will open. Or, open it manually by clicking on the login icon and selecting “View Profile.” Midway down your profile page, you will see a button that allows you to renew your membership for one calendar year. Click this button.

3.  You will be asked to review and update your profile information before proceeding with your renewal. For example, you may need to update your mailing address, email address, phone number, etc.

For Member Societies: Please update your total number of dues-paying members (and your associated membership fee). If you participate in our Multi-Subscription Program, please upload a list of your society’s current subscribers (names and addresses).

4.  Once you have reviewed and updated your profile, click the “Update and Next” button.

5.  You will be directed to the membership renewal page, which provides you with payment options. You may pay online immediately using the Member Portal’s secure online payment system, or you may generate an invoice that you can pay electronically or via mail at a later date. Select the option you prefer, then follow the instructions on the screens that follow.

Note: Payment for the Multi-Subscription Program for Member Societies is not included in our online payment system. We will contact you to arrange payment of your Program subscription fees.

6.  Once you have completed your payment, you will receive confirmation on-screen and via email.

7.  To log out of the Member Portal, click the Home link in the top navigation menu, then click the icon in the blue Log In box and select Log out.
