The Royal British Columbia Museum has announced it’s 2018 Remembrance Day commemorations.
Victoria Children’s Choir performance will take place in Clifford Carl Hall from 12:30 to 1:00 pm. The Victoria Children’s Choir will perform music on themes of war and peace, including songs from the time of both World Wars, patriotic Canadian songs, and more recent compositions expressing the common desire for peace and human solidarity.
Military and home front historian Paul Ferguson who normally speaks at the Royal BC Museum will be at the Memorial Museum Passchendaele in Belgium. The RBCM will present his previously recorded lecture, Belgium Remembered in British Columbia, on their big screen in the Newcombe Conference Hall from 1:15 to 2:15 on November 11th.
