Annual General Meeting – Delegate Information

The 2017 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the BC Historical Federation will take place on Saturday, May 27, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Coast Chilliwack Hotel (45920 First Ave, Chilliwack, BC; free parking). The AGM takes place during the Federation’s Annual Conference.

All members of the BCHF are entitled to attend and take part in the AGM.

Member Societies may designate one voting delegate for each 10 members of the society.

Affiliate Members / Corporate Members may designate one voting delegate to represent their organization.

How to Designate a Delegate:

  • Delegates must complete the Delegate Form (PDF). Please complete one form per delegate.
  • The form must be signed by an officer of the society/organization being represented.
  • Forms must be submitted at the time of registration for the AGM. 

Secretaries of Member Societies must forward a list of voting delegates to the BCHF Secretary, Sandra Martins, at least 10 days prior to the AGM in order to determine the list of voting delegates. Please send to Sandra@bchistory.ca.
