Director

Greg is a journalist and historian who lives in Trail.

In 2021, he co-wrote (with Eric Brighton) Lost Kootenays, a photo history book based on a popular Facebook group of the same name. This year he’ll self-publish The King of Sandon, a biography of John Morgan Harris, the founder of what is now a ghost town in the Slocan Valley.

Greg is active with several historical societies in West Kootenay. He’s a self-described “postcard collector and all-round nerd” and publishes a local history blog, The Kütne Reader.
