Chloe lives in Surrey on the unceded territory of the Semiahmoo First Nation. 

Chloe graduated from Trinity Western University with a bachelor's and master's in history. During her masters, she focused on Jewish internment in Quebec during World War II and specializes in Canadian Jewish history.

Chloe has extensive experience including working as a historical interpreter, writing tutor, centre for accessible learning coordinator, co-instructing a history/philosophy course, and currently writes for the Jewish Independent as a freelance writer.

She was also president of the university of model parliament association in 2020.

Chloe enjoys, writing, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her dogs.
