Treasurer, Past President

Rosa joined the BCHF in 2019 as Treasurer and was elected President in 2022. Over the past six years, her appreciation for the values of the BCHF and the commitment of its members to public history has grown.

Rosa received her accounting designation CPA (CA) in 1993 with Deloitte & Touche in Vancouver. Since she left public practice, Rosa has created curriculum, taught professional development courses, and facilitated participatory decision making and capacity building in not-for-profit environments.

Rosa does her volunteer work for the federation from the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil- Waututh) Nations in Vancouver, BC.
